The World of Apu is a multilingual, bimonthly online magazine for those who love cinema.
We want to talk about what is on screen, what goes on behind it, how you view films, the place of cinema within the culture it is part of, social commentary as expressed in films. We want to say etcetera at this point, but you get what we mean.
We hope to be a diverse and inclusive space; languages and borders are imaginary constructs after all.
We will not be publishing generic film reviews or news about red carpet events, or update you about what your favourite celebrities have been doing. But we will be happy to recommend other websites for such needs.
